For me gamification is not a trend. It is a systematic tool for working with thinking, decisions and the growth of people and business.

Business games are an applied tool for working with an entrepreneur’s thinking. In the game field the brain stops “playing a role” and automatically shows its real strategies: decision-making, risk management, attitude to money and scale. Diagnosing this at the table is faster than through talks and hypotheses.
