This website, the online booking and the request form are operated on behalf of the controller by Kodawari OÜ (марка Ovirno) as a data processor.

The servers are located in the Hetzner Online GmbH data centre in Falkenstein (Germany). Your data and backups do not leave the European Economic Area — with the single exception described below under “Telegram notifications”.

When you access these pages the server processes technical data: IP address, date and time, the requested page and browser details. They are required for the operation and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), are not combined with other data and are deleted regularly.

For a booking we process: your name, phone number, the chosen service and time and, if you provide them, your email address, a comment and the topic of your request. Email is optional: it is used for the confirmation, the rules and a reminder. Booking works the same without it.

Purpose — arranging and holding the session; basis — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). If you choose to share details about your state and situation with me (the “personal map”), they are stored only with your separate consent (Art. 9(2)(a)) and are deleted at your first request — entirely, together with the booking.

When you send a request we process: your name, email address and, optionally, phone and comment. Basis — your consent given explicitly on sending (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you may withdraw it at any time by an informal email. The details are used only to answer your request and are not passed to third parties for marketing.

So that bookings and requests do not go unanswered, the controller receives an instant notification via Telegram. Your name and contact details are then transferred to Telegram FZ-LLC (Dubai, UAE) — a recipient outside the European Economic Area. Basis — the legitimate interest in a quick reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you do not want this, write to the controller’s email.

These pages set no cookies for analytics or advertising. Visits may be counted by the cookieless Umami counter: it does not store the IP address and does not link visits to a person. There are no advertising networks and no embedded social plugins here.

Fonts are served from our own server: no connection to Google Fonts is made and your IP address is not sent there.

These pages link to Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and the Fienta ticketing platform. By following such a link you leave this site and the rules of that service apply. Data is transferred there only on click.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Consent may be withdrawn at any time (Art. 7(3)). To do so, write to the controller’s email. A complaint may be lodged with the Estonian supervisory authority — Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee).
